1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If the rented equipment is defective or not functioning as intended.
  • If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete set of equipment.
  • If the equipment is damaged during transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and other included items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return equipment, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@folkstudiosfilms.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you on the return process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed under the following scenarios:

  • The equipment is returned and inspected to verify the issue.
  • Orders canceled before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to availability or logistical reasons, you will receive a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items and Charges

  • Booking fees or deposits for no-show cases are non-refundable.
  • Late return fees, damages caused during use, or missing items will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Custom or special-request items may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made before 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will may incur a cancellation fee.
